Refund policy

refunds or exchanges are accepted within 14
days of receiving your order, provided that items
are in their original, unused packaging. however,
damaged products or items not in their original
packaging with attached original labels are not
eligible for refunds or exchanges.

we transfer the money through instapay, any
mobile wallet, or bank accounts as soon as we
receive the package. refunds can take up to 14
working days to be processed.

customers can exchange each item only once—
once an item has been exchanged, it cannot be
exchanged again.

fees

refunds & exchanges come with a 150 egp fee —
think of it as your mall parking ticket. it covers
delivery, dry cleaning & getting the item all
dolled up again.

if a returned product is missing any accessories,
an additional fee of 80 egp will be applied on top
of the 150 egp refund/exchange processing fee.
